Home Safety Inspection- We will come to your home and perform a Home Safety Inspection. This service is intended for the elderly and handicapped individuals who reside in our five township area.
Packet of Life Registration- We will come to your home, type your medication information and print it out for you. We will provide you with a Packet of Life kit so your medication information is available in case of an emergency.
Blood Pressure Screenings- We will be at various sites throughout the community to perform Blood Pressure checks. Watch our web for times and locations.
