Ground Broken for South Jeff Rescue Squad Expansion

WWNY TV Saturday was the groundbreaking for the 475 thousand dollar expansion project at the South Jefferson Rescue Squad in Adams. When it's complete, the new building will be able to store five rescue vehicles and free up much needed space in the current building. The squad has to borrow 300 thousand dollars to fund the project. They say balancing that cost with their existing expenses will be difficult, but necessary. The squad expects the project to be finished by the end of October this year. |
Donations made here will go toward our Building Fund.
