What does a flashing GREEN light mean on a personal vehicle?

A flashing GREEN light indicates a volunteer ambulance service member responding to an emergency call.

What should I do if I am approached by a personal vehicle with a flashing GREEN light?

These are not emergency vehicles, the driver must obey all traffic laws. You are not required to yield the right of way to these vehicles. However, if you can do so safely, you should yield the right of way to any vehicle with a flashing GREEN light as a courtesy. These volunteers are responding to an emergency ambulance call.
